Great customer service.

I Had problems accessing my online account and phoned Saffron twice. Both agents (Freddie and Lauren) answered quickly and were helpful, polite and clear and the problem was easily resoved. She dealt with my enquiry sensitively and professionally and followed it with an email summarising information and with useful links. This enabled my visit to the Saffron Walden branch today straightforward as I could ensure I had all required documentation to hand. Lovely Experience

I had Caroline helping me today she was very friendly, helpful and efficient when serving me. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped me with multiple things: updating my book, transferring money and changing address. She made it a very easy experience.
