Achieved my objective - the staff member was friendly (without being overly familiar), friendly, patient, so it got done quickly and comfortably (i.e. at my pace). Past experience of phoning-in meant I was confident that it would go well and it did! Reviewed on: 4th January 2025

Saffron’s customer service is excellent but the website & systems are not. After many years I’m afraid I’ve got fed up with battling the antiquated website which hasn’t moved on with the times and am closing my accounts. Reviewed on: 18th December 2024

Tried to load app on tablet after years of no proble...

Tried to load app on tablet after years of no problems only to get message saying app now only available on a phone. No communication to say this was happening. Problem is app doesn't work on Huawei phone and to use website have to go on desktop site on smartphone which is dreadful. Secure messages not answered for ages. Have withdrawn funds, closed account and transfer to another building society with far better app and website as well as customer service.
