I recently visited Andrew at the Royston Branch of Saffron Building Society to discuss funds held following the loss of my husband. Andrew was incredibly empathetic and took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel valued during this difficult time. He has connected me with someone who can offer further advice and support. I cannot thank him and Saffron enough for their exceptional service and kindness, i feel this has made a real difference and i look forward to coming back in the future.
