They really care - Personalised friendly service

It was a really lovely phone call, Zoe listened to my problems and helped me easily with my issue with logging on to my account and created the documents I needed, whilst giving a really personalised experience. Having moved my money from my High Street Bank. I found the staff at the Haverhill Branch very helpful, also Zoe of customer services. I had been having great difficulty in signing into my account, but with lots patience and help, Zoe got me through it. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

The most patient and fabulous staff at Royston branch
