Had to report change of address.

Had to report change of address. Not long to wait to see assistant who dealt very professionally with relevant paperwork. Would have liked more guidance on account best suited to my needs but can only be done by prebooking an appointment, which is not ideal for me. However did supply sheet showing respective interest rates. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

No Online Access to Account

Since December, I have been unable to access my online account. I have tried with my own password, two temporary passwords, and very good help from the customer services department - all without success. The account is now locked and I am not sure I have the will to try again. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Hard to contact Saffron since new call centre .

online account locked rang customer services who gave temporary password and said will remove locked account but this did not happen. Rquested this via email again but was told I had to ring customer services. Waited nearly 20 mins to get through Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Excellent customer service

Both my brother and I set up accounts via the website. We both had issues accessing our accounts and had to call customer service team. Customer service was amazing and the issue was resolved quickly. In my opinion it would be better if the process was like modern building society, bank or savings app where you are verified online and don’t have to wait for various letters to be able to login and access your account. I was locked out of my account.

I was locked out of my account. It took a couple of weeks before the issue was solved. Apparently they didn’t have my email address. Although they managed to send me emails!! The phone number was extremely busy and I don’t have the time or inclination to hang on for over half an hour. Eventually a very helpful lady sorted it all out, but it shouldn’t have taken a couple of weeks. Not very impressed! Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
