Sign up process for a business always involves having to send paperwork (proof of bank account or incorporation) to Saffron by post, which seems very old-fashioned and slow. However, it does get processed quickly on arrival and then the systems seem to work well. Reviewed on: 18th July 2024

Staff were extremely helpful.

My own bank was making it difficult to transfer an investment to my new Saffron account but after a phone call to Saffron it was easily resolved. The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that my call was answered quickly - an extremely rare occurrence with any business these days! Excellent Customer service.

Excellent Customer service. Helped me set up account, the app, explained how accounts worked, how to set up standing orders etc into account, even swapped a lower paying interest account to a better one for me and arranged callback on insurance quotations. friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. so nice to ring up and get straight through to someone and in the uk rather than choosing option after option or being dealt with by a bot. this is how companies should operate making customers feel valued Reviewed on: 3rd July 2024
