Opening new account at the Bishops Stortford branch

Customer Service is second to none.

I had a problem with my internet and was unable to complete online for a maturity of a savings account. KI phoned and was very pleased with the assistance I had with a member of your staff.He was friendly and understanding and did all that was necessary for me. ( I am sorry I cannot recall his name) Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024

Bad customer service.

Bad customer service. Not impressed. Was promised call back on three separate occasions but only had one from the last person I had to contact. I called three times to sort saffrons error of not sending me user id for over three weeks from account opening. Quite a hassle to keep on calling them and waiting so long in the queue to them not bothering calling and updating me. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024
