My call was answered promptly and query regarding setting up standing order was resolved. It was reassuring to speak to a real person. I am on a limited budget so chose Saffron to save a little holiday spending money for my little grandson. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

Some of the savings accounts could not be opened online and I find it strange that an account has to be opened in person or by post. I live over 60 miles from your nearest branch. I have more to add if you wish to call me. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Saffrons response time to queries is unacceptable. The responses were helpful but I was waiting over a week for a standard query about a transaction. follow up messages to the same thread took a week. Then I couldn’t reply to the thread Reviewed on: 12th September 2023
