The Service I've received from Saffron over the years..

The Service I've received from Saffron over the year has been nothing short of superb, the service, the patience and how attentive everyone has been at Ware has been brilliant, i decided to take the majority of my money elsewhere due to the interest rate offered, i decided to leave £4,000 with Saffron as i didn't want to remove all of the money due to the brilliant service received, today i spoke with Andy but the service I've received at the Ware Branch has always been brilliant over the years. Helpful and knowledgeable

Deborah saves the day.

I had had trouble logging in; I phoned and found myself talking to Deborah Wood. She was a tower of strength and, in particular, patient with my poor hearing. She checked my details including mobile number and email address. She also checked my account numbers and reported their balances. She proposed browsers as a potential source of the problem and suggested a restart of my browser. Problem solved! Tip-top from Deborah. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
