As usual I could not effect my 12 Month Fixed Rate Saver maturity instructions online so Morgan arranged what I needed. ps your savings rates apart from the above mentioned account are very poor and not in line with BofE base rates Reviewed on: 17th October 2022

It would be good if Saffron were able to launch some better value savings products, particularly rewarding loyal members perhaps. The reason for the call was because your regular saver is no longer competitive and I was going elsewhere. Reviewed on: 17th October 2022
