I liked the actual human interaction not just "press 1 for <something you don't need>, 2 for <something else you don't want>". Computers don't do good customer service; your human did. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

The form to apply for your 2 year fixed bond is the most confusing and badly-worded form I've tackled since the 1970s! I t also fails to mention that you need to send a certified copy of the child's passport and other ID when submitting it Reviewed on: 21st September 2023
