I invested in a Small Saver 2 a while ago at 1.75% return. I discovered there is now a Small Saver 7 at 4%. Other accounts I have with other banks and building societies automatically upgrade my rate to reflect the rising rates not Saffron. Reviewed on: 12th December 2022

You operate a fixed rate regular saver, whereas your competitors other a variable regular saver thus having to avoid a customer having to contact the Saffron to open a new regular saver when the rates increase. Reviewed on: 12th December 2022
