I sent a secure asking message to change some of my details that were wrongly entered when I first joined Saffron. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer and the appropriate action very quickly, unlike my other bank. Reviewed on: 21st November 2022

I visited to transfer savings to a 1 year ISA but the letter came back stating 2 years. I revisited the branch to point out the error and now await confirmation of the correction Reviewed on: 21st November 2022

I was rung back by Lewis rather than left hanging on the phone although on one occasion I had to ring again the next day as I hadn't received the promise call back the previous day. I also dislike being asked to do things online. Would pref Reviewed on: 21st November 2022
