Front of desk Bishop's Stortford - Our experience ...

Front of desk Bishop's Stortford - Kendra - was polite., helpful and clear in her actions, however, you do need to add more bodies to the front desk to reduce queuing and allow a degree of privacy to customer interactions - setting up/transferring account details, and other private discussions should be set aside from an audience waiting to be served! Its just not good business practice. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
