The staff are always friendly and on hand to assist and you don’t end up with someone trying to force digital on you -so you have a choice. Also you can always speak to staff on the phone who are very helpful if you can’t get into branch The savings rates offered are competitive with a good range of savings accounts to suit many people. Very competitive products available and easy to apply for, even for not very tech savvy people, not overcomplicated. Kept well informed of other products/services available.
