Common sense approach to what I asked to be done. I wish you had been quicker to show better savings interest rates. And the BoE meet again in 10 days time when they are likely to raise the base rate again - so you should be quick to react. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

You should pass on interest rate increases on to savings customers faster. I'm pretty sure you do it VERY quickly to your mortgage customers! Savings customers deserve the same. I'm considering closing my account with you because of this. Reviewed on: 30th August 2022
