I didn't have to queue. I handed in my form to transfer the funds from my old ISA to a new one. Your member of staff greeted me politely, checked the account, checked my form and it was all done quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

It's great to be able to talk to a real person with minimal delay (the auto response function takes the customer to an agent quickly). Most of my interaction with the Saffron is online and by mail, but telephone enquiries are important. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
