One of the times I rang was because there'd been a glitch with a deposit and it had been returned. Obviously it'd be good if it didn't do that but the experience overall was still great which probably says a lot. Reviewed on: 25th April 2022

I was guided to setting up On line acct. unfortunately I could not get past the security questions kept telling me to enter a valid answer. I thought the answer I gave was a valid one. Kept going round in circles. Not sure I will bother. Reviewed on: 25th April 2022

Staff have been very friendly and helpful in your Colchester branch. Only reason we don't use the branch more often is that we live in Ipswich, and had used the Saffron to save our money whilst there was a gap between us owning houses. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022

Face to face customer service is always good, but correspondence offer seems below the standard I would expect e.g. the envelopes are hand written which doesn't lock very professional and the envelopes are sealed with selotape. Reviewed on: 19th April 2022

Very quick phone customer service. The forms for opening child saver accounts could be made more realistic and less confusing. i.e. It's quite hard to get an official document with a 1 month year old name and address. Reviewed on: 19th April 2022
