My ISA certificate did not have the interest rate printed on it. As it was a 2year ISA it would have been good to have this noted. Reviewed on: 11th April 2022

Opening a joint account offline (via the paper form) was a bit bureaucratic re. identification, but that was a couple of years ago (& perhaps was made more difficult by lockdown). Everything since then has been really great. Reviewed on: 11th April 2022

I like that I could get through easily and talk to somebody in person, who seemed to know exactly what to do. The improvement would have been if things hadn't gone wrong in the first place. Reviewed on: 11th April 2022

Prefer dealing with Branch face to face whenever it fits in with my movements, but this worked very well. Always found Branch staff very pleasant and helpful. Reviewed on: 11th April 2022

It's not often I have to call Saffron BS but when I do, I've always spoken to advisors who know what they are talking about. Any queries have been answered satisfactorily and I've never had a problem with anything I've requested. Reviewed on: 11th April 2022
