Nothing to improve on but want to say that all telephone calls have been answered promptly. Our queries dealt with efficiently and lovely conversation made by staff. None of this "how are you today, ENJOY!!!, just normal conservations. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Website, which is a bit clunky and not very intuitive e.g. trying to navigate when you're anew customer. Also, it seems to take a very long time to access money when closing and account, compared with other providers. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
