Not Lost That Lovin' Feeling

The whole banking process has gradually 'lost that loving feeling' since the accelerated branch closures of the big five High Street banks. SWBS has managed to retain the common touch and genuinely does feel as if the staff, on the phone or in person, know who you are. Efficient friendly - recommend regular savers

Have had a number of regular savers. Whether online or on the phone the staff at Saffron have always been friendly and efficient. WIsh l lived nearer so l could attend one of their events! Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
