I have two savings accounts with Saffron Building Society. The rates offered are competitive and it is easy to manage my account online and via the app. Whenever I need to contact customer service, the staff are always very helpful and explain everything clearly. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

I have been with Saffron Building Society for a number of years now. The same things that drew me to them to begin with are what keep me continuing to use them now. They have a good range of products which are always competitive when compared to other building societies. For example ,when I am looking for a regular saver, I know that they will offer a fair rate of interest and often I discover that I cannot find better! They regularly communicate about any changes and other information via the newsletter. They are keen to receive feedback to help them further improve their services for members . Exceptional customer service, great interest rates.

My family and I have been using Saffron Building Society for many, many years. The staff in the branch are incredibly helpful, they know their customers by name and put the effort in to give great customer service. Customer service over the phone is also excellent. My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years.

My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years and have always found them extremely helpful when ever we visit the branch in Halstead. The Saffron BS always looks after its Customers
