Efficient friendly - recommend regular savers

Have had a number of regular savers. Whether online or on the phone the staff at Saffron have always been friendly and efficient. WIsh l lived nearer so l could attend one of their events! Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Good old fashioned service at its best

I recently had reason to call for assistance with my online savings account. Charlotte Hartnell provided great customer service. Previously I had a mortgage with Saffron and it was always the same when I spoke with someone on the phone. It makes doing banking so much more pleasurable and makes me feel valued as a customer.
