Very accessible, friendly and knowledgeable

They have a physical branch so I can go in and talk to a person. If I phone, I always get a very helpful, knowledgeable person to talk to. I don't need to follow a long ansaphone message and then wait for ages for someone to answer. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
