Helpful and patient staff

I visited Lyn at the Halstead branch.

I visited the Halstead branch the other day and was greeted by Lyn with a smile, she was very helpful and even informed me of a new branch that had opened in Braintree as she noticed that I’m from Witham and Braintree would be a lot closer for me. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

The staff in Bishop’s Stortford are all so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring . They put the customer first and always go out of their way to accommodate us .
