Excellent support from Charlotte

I spoke with Charlotte after being locked out of my savings account. She was extremely helpful and talked me through the process to get it unlocked and reset my password. She offered to stay on the line with me even once the temporary password had been issued so I could get logged back in successfully. Great service, Charlotte was very friendly!
