No way to withdraw funds

I have an 'instant access' account with Saffron. I went to withdraw from it an could but work out how. I didn't ages trying to find a way, including logging in via mobile and web but could not find a way. I went to the help section and followed the instructions there. The instructions were wrong. I contacted customer services and they responded the next day to say that it is not possible to withdraw from the 'instant access' account. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Excellent Customer Services

What's not to like!

I've had accounts with Saffron for at least 20 years. Interest rates may not be the highest available but this is more than made up for by local (therefore easily accessible) branches and truly excellent customer service. There has never been a bad experience whether online, by phone or in person! All advisors have been friendly, helpful and efficient, and on the rare occasions there has been an error or a problem it has been quickly rectified. Personnel in my local branch (Royston) are courteous and patient, and never 'pushy' about mentioning new or possibly more suitable products. Altogether dealing with Saffron is a pleasure!
