I generally use on-line banking

I generally use on-line banking, and find the system to work very well, on the odd occasion in go into Branch the staff are courteous and helpful. The design of the Colchester branch could be better, and junior savings accounts on offer could be wider. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Fab customer service and competitive loyalty accounts

I've had accounts with Saffron for decades, since I was a child, and have always had a great experience. Their cusomter service team are lovely and prompt, online, over the phone or in-person.
