I don't make this sort of recommendation but do tell friends etc who ask whether I am satisfied with the treatment received. Sad to be leaving SWBS but they no longer offer a savings account which fits our needs Reviewed on: 22nd September 2020

The counter assistant forgot to take my account number so I had to ring instead of being rung at 2pm. However once I got through to Charley she was very helpful and I sorted out my accounts which were all due to mature. Reviewed on: 21st September 2020
