The reason for my call was to close my account. Saffron lowered the interest rate from 0.5% to 0.4%, so I would have preferred for the interest rate to remain at 0.5%, but, I guess, this was not possible. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

It’s a pity it is so far from Harlow the branch in Sawbridgeworth was brilliant with you closing branches like the banks it is becoming more difficult to visit you. Reviewed on: 21st July 2021
