My call was quickly connected to Sophia at customer services. I gave Sophia two concise instructions on what I was hoping to achieve over the call, and she calmly and clearly went through my options with me and efficiently carried out my requests; so that I am safe in the knowledge that my daughter is getting the most value from her savings with Saffron Building Society.
