Meets the needs of customers and the local community

The advisors are very helpful and informative whenever I have discussed my savings options with them. There is a good choice of savings products for different requirements. It’s also good to be with a society that supports its local community. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

No way to withdraw funds

I have an 'instant access' account with Saffron. I went to withdraw from it an could but work out how. I didn't ages trying to find a way, including logging in via mobile and web but could not find a way. I went to the help section and followed the instructions there. The instructions were wrong. I contacted customer services and they responded the next day to say that it is not possible to withdraw from the 'instant access' account. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
