Cassie on the phones

Me and my wifes ISA's had both matured , was able to get this sorted quickly over the phone with Cassie. She made it very fast and easy for us. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

Sophia was very helpful.

Sophia was very helpful. Because the Halstead Office didn’t answer the phone Sophia offered to help us and in doing so she is going to send out a statement of our matured ISA. Including the interest. Just what we asked for. Also my husband wanted to reinvest his ISA maturity the lump sum back into the ISA which she did for us too. Reviewed on: 16th June 2026
