Friendly, approachable, informative and open most days!

This building society is open most days and accessible. I am able to speak to a Saffron walden building society staff member in person. They are always friendly, patient and know their products. Great service

The Saffron staff are extremely well trained and have great knowledge regarding the available products. I like the fact that I can contact the Saffron by telephone to take instructions on products that have matured, the staff answer the call quite promptly and are very polite.
