I have saved with Saffron for over 15 years and have always found their staff in the branch and on the telephone to be very helpful and respectful making sure I have fully understood theri response to my questions. My most recent conversations with Kyle and Jodie maintained this high standard. Interest rates have topped many and they are good at rewarding members loyalty. Reviewed on: 27th November 2025

Superb phone service

I needed to take action in relation to children’s savings accounts at maturity for five of my grandchildren. I knew that I would struggle to do this online. I phoned and spoke with Maria who was incredibly helpful and patient. lt took a while with Maria talking me through the options and she did an excellent job in finding the best solutions. Thank you.
