Fabulous customer service.

We had to contact Saga this year as my husband fractured his knee while on holiday. Saga we’re brilliant from start to finish: every medical and taxi receipt was honoured and they even arranged a taxi to pick us up at the campsite and take us directly to Pisa airport - a two hour journey. Saga made a horrible experience so much better as we weren’t worrying about mounting expenses or our return flight. I can’t praise them enough. Than you. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
