Always efficient when renewing and advising of last years premium so a choice is easier to make. Very polite on the phone and very quick at processing any queries. Car change seemed easy.

Earlier this year I obtained 15 year Mercedes and, as I already had a 20 year old Volvo, I decided to keep the Mercedes and sell the Volvo. Advertising and selling the Volvo took several months, so during that time, I asked SAGA to insure the Mercedes for one year and to continue to insure the Volvo. This was done promptly and smoothly by SAGA and, when, after a couple months, the Volvo was sold, Saga again acted promptly and I received a refund for the remaining months of the year's premium. I was pleased SAGA acted promptly and made the transaction seem easy! Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
