Speak to a human and get a better Saga deal

I wanted to change my car insurance this year as ai found my original company was a chat box only contact & no matter how put my problem over there was not one result that matched my Q, As soon as I went on my new saga car company I spoke to a actual HUMAN yippee!! So the 1st Q I asked her was if I wanted to contact Saga will I be able to talk to a human being, the answer was YES. so that with the better deal for same as last company, Job done & I am on the same three year deal for same price.
