Disappointed customer 8 years

Disappointed after over 8 years as a loyal customer to find I was only 4 months into my current cover when I have changed for the same type car 3 years younger only to find the premium to change more than doubled. Leaving me having to decrease my annual mileage and increase my excess.. Having been so satisfied with saga for so many years I will reluctantly have to check my options next year. Such a shame as I have always felt comfortable with Saga insurance services insuring my home as well. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

I feel safe and confident with Saga.

I feel safe with Saga. Great service whenever I needed to phone for advice. I bit more expesive than some other Insurance companies but worth it with a five star reating and a no claims protection available plus other benefits. Fantastic in every way. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
