Trustworthy, efficient and honest company

I have my car insurance with Saga and think that they are a super company, who do what they say they do. I use Saga when I need holiday insurance too and would move my home insurance to them, if I had not had my home insurance with another company for many years and have a good relationship with them. Electric vehicles

Instead of penalising us for buying a fully electric vehicle, Saga awarded us for doing so. Other insurers haven't amended their thinking to be so progressive and are still only thinking laterally. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Fortunately, I have not been in a situation where an accident has occured in recent times, however at car insurance renewal times the saga Customer Service department have demonstrated a very friendly attitde towards the customer, (as in myself!) Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
