The best

Reliable company

Had car insurance with Saga for a few years now, price is always comparable,so have never felt the need to change companies. When my windscreen needed replacing they arranged this repair very quickly and no trouble to myself. Should more be required by way of repairs I feel sure they would manage that with the same ease. Car Write-off

Someone drove into the side of my car (her fault). We were both unhurt but shaken and my car was a write-off. From my first phone call to Saga people were kind and reassuring, making sure I understood the procedure. Everything was organised for me and I was given relevant contact numbers. I felt able to get in touch with any questions and each person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The phone was always answered promptly - no endless music. The replacement car was fine and the valuation on my poor old car was better than expected. The whole process was handled smoothly and I never had to feel alone. Wonderful Saga people!
