I have used Saga for my car insurance for some years.

I have used Saga for my car insurance for some years. I have always been happy that I can freeze my insurance quote for 3 years, and the price stays the same. Luckily as yet, I have not had a claim, so cannot give feedback on this. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Good prices let down when claiming.

Good prices, very good initial contact when making a claim promised return of out of pocket and excess expenses but got nothing. Passed to various third parties who had very little customer service and were quite vague at times. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Fixed term car insurance is an absolute boon!

I am into my second year of car insurance with Saga. It is excellent value for money and the premium was fixed for three years. This means I don't have to visit comparison sites to get a deal, so I save both time and money and most of all have peace of mind. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Saga would never have been my first choice BUT...

Saga would never have been my first choice to enquire about car insurance I would normally try a broker first, but a friend (younger than me) recently did all the leg work for prices and suggested SAGA. I then did another comparison with the broker and SAGA came out on top. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency. Have recommended to others. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
