Customer Focused

I’ve been with Saga for Car Insurance for a few years now and I have to say they are one of the best companies I’ve been insured with. They are very customer focused, very attentive and always advise of offers and how to save by having fixed rates for 3 years plus holiday offers along with other types of insurance which I’m seriously considering. Brilliant

I opted for the 3 year car insurance which meant that the insurance wouldn't go up for three years but stayed the same amount I am on my third year now. It is so annoying when you receive your insurance quote and it's gone up again but if you applied as a new customer you get it a lot cheaper no loyalty for the customer at all so it's really brilliant that Saga offer the 3 year insurance makes you feel a valued customer Reviewed on: 24th September 2021

Tailored pricing
