Peace of mind!

The 3 year offer gives me peace of mind that I am covered while driving. As the DVLA have been taking a long time to issue repeat driving licences, I rang Saga , and was listened to about driving with my old licence. Price promise

I took out the car insurance last year as the cover & price were very good and signed up for the price guarantee for this year. When the quote came through for this year the price was the same but the excess had increased. However, this was as a result of the insurance company increasing this but Saga said that they would maintain the excess at the same level without any increase in payment. This was someone keeping their promise which isn’t normal in the current times. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

Easy car insurance online

I have been a loyal customer with Saga car insurance for many years. You have the option of online account or paper account for those whom don’t like online. The customer service team are great no waiting in queue to be answered and all staff to my knowledge are based in the UK and very knowledgeable- which means a lot. The website is very easy to work with and all your documents are in one place. I will continue to be a saga customer and if the price of your insurance rises you can haggle and they will assist with reducing it 10 out of 10 for me. My husband insures his vehicle with a alternative company and he can never get through to them via the phone and there website is not the best, but it’s cheap. So in my opinion cheaper is not always the relevant answer if you want a good service. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
