Purchased Saga car insurance on line - super simple process; documentation emailed; and process to provide evidence of no claims bonus was digitsed so no was able to switch my insurance from Direct Line to Saga in a few minutes - more competitive price for the same cover. Great company to work for career progression is big within the business. The product itself for car insurance can easily be Tailored to meet each individual customers need. Great team work and collaboration within the business also enables us to continually improve our product and services and the skill set of the team in turn.
