Extremely polite and and helpful staff. Usually straight through on the telephone without lots of optoons on the various 'menus'. And I've been guaranteed that in case of repairs, the insurers will use a main agent garage i.e. the manufacturers agent. A great plus factor in ensuring a quality repair.
