value for money

Excellent Service

I renewed my car and home insurance with Saga earier this year. I was offered a 3 year fixed price option for both which I took advantage of as it gave me peace of mind regarding future costs. This deal , however, also gave me the option to cancel and move to another supplier if i wished to with no penalty. This option I found very reasuring. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Very friendly and helpful

Been with saga before also have home insurance besides my vehicle ,very helpful and friendly they have given me there line number so if I were ever to have a problem I will be directed back to them.so very pleased with the service Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Excellent attention to detail.

It is easier for older people to speak to a helpful person rather than try to sort it online.Most old people are not computer savvy.When ringing Saga we don’t get music for half an hour,but receive quick attention. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
