Car insurance set up

I received a flyer through the post so I rang Saga for a quote. The young lady was efficient, knowledgeable and took me through the set up. She was not pushy and gave me time to think and make the right decision for me. She sent me an email with all the information we had discussed and I rang later that week to set up my insurance.
