.Failure to listen to my explanation.

I was unhappy initially as you failed to understand that althogh i ansered No Accidebt on the Gocompare site that was o nly necsuae i couldn tmove to the next page as they would not accept my zero cost of the claim to my own insurer, and i think you increased my first year's premium becasue of what you judged was aj inacurate answer. I complained to Gocompare and suggested they re-word that quwstion and was told they would have accpeted £50 which was of couurse untrue and my Insurer at the tiem confirmed they had paid nothing.
