Efficient, friendly and helpful staff and company.

Several times when I have travelled long haul ,with Saga, I have had the misfortune to have become ill. Each time I have had excellent help from the staff and company. Friendly, respectful and thorough

We have had various vehicles over the years from motorhomes to minis and SUVs. Since we reached our 50s we have frequently turned to Saga to insure them. When we were reaching retirement but self-employed and working from home-based studio & workshop, Saga have been particularly helpful in checking our details to make sure they had all the details. Now that we’re in our mid-70s it is particularly reassuring to know that you will be able to speak to a wall person. And now they have the price held for three years (providing circumstances do not change) Which is another bonus. We definitely recommend Saga vehicle insurance. Impressive claims process

Following a recent car accident in which we were rear ended on the M25, we could have wished for a better response. Sagas first concern was we were ok and didn't need any medical intervention. They then arranged for car to be collected and courtesy car dropped of at our home address, the other claimant excepted full responsibility, but he had been caught on camera and driven into the rear of our car, so there was no denying who was at fault. The car was assessed, and repaired to a very high standard. Unfortunately the over claimants insurance company wasnt as quick, so it took some time for saga to claim back our excess, but they never gave up and all was settled in the end. So if your over 50 and want a friendly, professional service, I can recommend Saga as an insurance company, we also have house insurance with this company because they are one of the few that cover gas boilers. Good price for a simple to understand insurance package
