Easy Service

The clear documents, efficient and speedy outcome together with other recommendations from Which? made me sure I had chosen the best insurer for me. I have many years experience of using Saga for home, travel and car insurance. Easy phone access to the company is always a bonus with personal service from customer service personnel. Cheapest isn't always best!

I was about to purchase a policy £7 cheaper but just looked at the ones a little dearer to see how they compared, I was so glad I did as I was amazed at the benefits Saga was offering in comparison. Hopefully I won't be needing to use the insurance but if I do, I know I will be getting the best deal possible. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Easy and very helpful

My dad's car is with Saga. unfortunately his car that was covered by Saga had to go into the garage. He called Saga who where able to cover the car provided by the garage quickly and at a very reasonable price. As the Garage where unable to offer him cover. He was then able to drive home and keep the car for 5 days and then take it back to pick his car up after. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Fantastic Customer Service

I called saga to renew my insurance got through to a lovley8 girl who was very polite and understanding of the changes I had to make so was very patient with me. she made the process very quick and easy. we also had a lovely chat about gardening. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
