Car insurance claim

Unfortunately I have recently deemed it necessary to claim on my car insurance with Saga. As this was my first ever claim I wasn't sure of the process . However with just one phone call to Saga claims department everything was dealt with for me and I just followed all the advice given and my car was as a good as new.
