Sympathetic and concerned

I was involved in a slow impact collision when a car, leaving a side road ran into my car. My claim was handled with great efficiency and concern for my welfare. The Company made sure that my Voluntary Excess was recovered from the other car's insurers. Excellent! Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

Friendly and helpful to deal with

First used Saga several years ago, initially for car insurance, as I was not sure of some of the questions I contacted the office and the lady on the other line was able to answer my queries. I was also made aware of your other services, and I was taken by the home insurance pricing. I changed that to Saga and have remained with the company since. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
