Spot on Insurance

I have been with Saga Car Insurance for a few years now and have had excellent service. When I had a bump in my car they made my life so much easier by their support and keeping me informed of what was happening for each step of the process. Also during renewal one year I was quoted a good price and decided to continue with Saga. On reading my paperwork on receiving it I found that there was no sign of the bump so I contacted them straight away. I was contacted by a Supervisor who asked me for details and after listening to my phone call promptly dealt with the matter. They would honour the renewal quote as I had queried the quote at the initial stage and was still given the lower quote. This was really good Customer Care as far as I am concerned and as such I will continue to recommend Saga to friends and family. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020

First class service received following a car accident . Rang through immediately to an adviser who dealt with everything in a very helpful and supportive manner . Replacement car was provided the following day and damaged car was taken away for assessment and repair. Couldn’t fault the service provided and would thoroughly recommend.
