We have been with saga for a number of years and they are brilliant, I once unfortunately needed to claim but they made it so easy and understood my concerns and dealt with me extremely quickly and put my mind at ease, I can’t fault saga perfect from start to finish, and my renewal didn’t go up as truck was at fault. This is my personal experience

Since the change from AXA to BUPA getting any claim approved has become much more difficult.. outpatient allowance has not kept up with inflation and medical charges have increased so benefits have reduced. The medical quality once approved is excellent however getting repeated follow up appointments is a real pain having to go into full detail until it is reluctantly approved.. I have given my score based on medical quality but Saga needs to improve Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
