Credit card use abroad issue resoved

We put a notice on our credit card that we would be using our card in Norway in order to preempt any problems. We did have problems though and couldn't use the card or contact Santander properly. However, when we took the issue up with Santander they were apologetic and gave us an appropriate amount of compensation. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

I love using Santander Boost which provides me with extra perks and savings from everyday household items, gifts, trips and more. It provides a good cashback feature and was really useful when buying gifts over Christmas and getting some savings back. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Great cashback offers

The Santander Edge 2% cashback offer for the first 6 months means getting £15 a month for spending money I would have anyway, on top of the 1% cashback from the debit account for bills and transport. The account fee is more than justified Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

offer a good size balance on your card however trying to pay off the card is hard as it resets your info each time you make a error.... why it can't just reset say your postcode not the whole lot is beyond me Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
