We possibly started the process too early 5months before previous lender deal expired. Led to issues with mortgage offer expiring and not being noticed until last minute Delay in then mortgage transferring over. Now complete and happy Reviewed on: 5th July 2023

Great service, by people!!

smooth achievement

We decided on a new mortgage for our otherwise unencumbered property to enable some improvements and to have support funds if required. The approach to SBS was done through a helpful intermediary, and an offer in satisfactory terms was soon achieved. The whole process was achieved without hassle up to completion.
